Carterton is the second largest settlement in West Oxfordshire with a population of 16,000 people and is the home of RAF Brize Norton, the RAF's largest airbase.  Carterton is located 4 miles from Witney and 17 miles from Oxford, sitting on the edge of the Thames Valley and close to the Cotswold area of outstanding natural beauty.
