Low Carbon Energy Feasibility Study
Quotes are invited from organisations / individuals with the relevant skills and background to carry out a low-carbon energy options feasibility study and formally report back the findings.
The report will cover each of the 4 Council-owned buildings in Witney and include the following:
If you are shortlisted, you will be required to give a short presentation to Councillors and officers outlining your relevant knowledge and skills, proposed approach and outcomes.

Development and Operation of an Enterprise Centre in Chipping Norton
A potential grant of £240,000 is available to help a company set up and operate an Enterprise Centre in Chipping Norton.
Chipping Norton is a thriving market town in Oxfordshire with a vision to remain a "Working Cotswold Town". Part of this vision is an Enterprise Centre that will provide flexible accommodation and support for new businesses in the town. The Enterprise Centre will:
