Carterton
West Oxfordshire Business and Retail Park is located near Carterton. The business park extends to approximately 11 acres (4.4517 hectares). The site will consist of offices, industrial, leisure and retail units.
Ventura Park is a brand new business park under development on the North East side of Carterton. The concept is very simple: a company can purchase a site from as little as 0.25 acres (approx) which will be fully-serviced with road and utilities (specification available on request) connected.
