With effect from 1st April 2011 a change in the qualifications required when applying for a Personal Licence, APLH will replace the existing NCPLH qualification. Anyone who has passed the NCPLH qualification up to and including the 31st March 2011 can be assured their qualification will still be valid. However all applicants with effect from 1st April 2011 will need to sit the new APLH qualification certificate before applying for a Personal Licence
A 1.35% administration charge will be added for any payments made using a credit card or non UK Debit Card. The exact amount you will be charged will be advised before you confirm your payment. This charge does not apply when paying a Fixed Penalty Charge (Parking Fine). There is no charge for payments made by UK Debit Card.
