The Oxfordshire Food Group promotes, supports and develops the local food economy in Oxfordshire and works closely with similar groups in surrounding counties (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes).  Its key aims and objectives are:

• To enable as many people as possible to have access to good locally produced food.
• To help producers in Oxfordshire sell locally.
• To initiate and support projects that enable the production and consumption of local food.
• To encourage producers in Oxfordshire to use environmentally-friendly methods and practise good animal welfare.
