How to pay

Direct Debit
The easiest method of payment is by Direct Debit. Payment by Direct Debit is covered by a guarantee for your peace of mind. You can set up a Direct Debit:

Please make sure you quote your Non-domestic rate bill number on the Direct Debit instruction form.

You can also pay your rates bills:

Online
Pay online using a credit or debit card. Please have your Non-domestic rate bill number and your payment card details to hand.

Telephone
Pay by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on
01993 861045. Please have your Non-domestic rate bill number and your card details ready.

In person
Pay your business rates in person at one of our Town Centre shops in Witney or Chipping Norton.
The opening hours are: 

Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta and Electron are all accepted. Please note for credit card and non UK debit card payments there will be a 1.35% admin charge.
