The development will include:

• 14 retail units
• 5-screen cinema
• 3 restaurant/cafes
• Public open spaces and children's play area
• Multi-storey car park with 590 spaces
• Around 190 homes (to be built on part of the existing Welch Way car park and nearby former Highways Depot, off Woodford Way.
