Hypnotism

If you wish to show, demonstrate or perform a hypnotism act in public you must apply to us for a permit. 

To apply:

• Provide us with 28 days notice
• Send us a copy of your public liability insurance
• There is no fee or prescribed form

Performances must comply with the Hypnotism Act 1952.
