January 2008
Welch Way car park closes - 14th January (New Woodford Way car park opened December 2007)
Site hoardings erected
Site preparation work begins

February 2008
Multi-screen cinema foundations work begins
Multi-storey car park foundations work begins

March 2008
Retail units 1-6 foundations work begins
Multi-screen cinema main building work begins

April 2008
Retail units 7-14 foundations work begins
Multi-storey car park building work begins

May 2008
Steel work complete on multi screen cinema
Commencement of external shell
Retail units 1-6 steel work commences for a period of six weeks
Steel work continues to construct the multi-storey car park with shell works to follow

June 2008
Steel work delivered and construction commences for retail units 7-14
Linden commence residential houses on Welch Way

Summer 2008
Residential flats above the retail block building work begins
Cinema roof finished
Cinema walls commence
Multi-storey car park concrete deck completed
Multi-storey car park walls commence
Timber framework begins on residential flats above the retail blocks
Highways drainage works commence to Welch Way

Autumn / Winter 2008
Highways drainage works completed
Work on pavements and concourses begins
Roof tiling works to flats commence

Spring 2009
Multi-storey car park completed
All units weather tight
Work to external pavements and concourse continues

Summer 2009
Retailer store fit-outs commences.

Autumn 2009
Marriotts development opens for business
