District Council Election ResultsThe results of all elections to the West Oxfordshire District Council held since 1998 are available as file downloads as shown on the right of this page. A summary of the results for the elections on Thursday 1 May 2008 is available from this page. Results for 1 May can also be viewed on a Google map. The political balance of the Council following the 2008 elections is 40 Conservative, six Liberal Democrats, two Independents and one Labour. Prior to the 1 May elections it was 36: 8: 4: 1.
