Service plans

Each service produces a Service Plan with key tasks and projects to be undertaken over a two year cycle. All tasks/ projects identified on these Plans are linked to relevant aims / strategies.

Performance against these targets is measured via national / local performance indicators, timescales, surveys etc. Each Service Head has to ensure targets are met and where necessary undertake remedial action. It is only through the monitoring and measuring of performance that the Council ensures that service delivery priorities are met.
