Clinical waste and assisted collections

Clinical waste

A clinical waste collection (eg needles, syringes, incontinence pads, medical dressings) can be arranged from your home on a weekly basis. Proof will be necessary from a medical practitioner to confirm your need for this free service.

Yellow sacks will be provided and left at your property after each collection.

Assisted collections

This is a service for elderly and disabled residents and those with a medical condition who cannot take their bins or recycling boxes to the kerbside. If someone lives at the address who can move the bins and boxes then the property will not qualify for an assisted collection.

If you require a clinical waste or assisted collection, please call 01993 861020.
