Householders are supplied with a

  • kitchen food caddy for leftovers and peelings.
  • small outside lidded bin for food waste to be transferred from your kitchen caddy and put out for collection.

Most communal bin users will not have an individual outside food waste bin, but will empty their kitchen caddy straight into a communal food waste bin. Communal bins will be emptied twice weekly.
