Housing standards

Are you living in the rented sector and unable to persuade your landlord to carry out repairs to your property? We can offer advice and where necessary have powers available to require your landlord to carry out any necessary works. Examples of common complaints from tenants include rotten ill fitting windows, leaking roofs, dangerous electrical wiring and penetrating damp.
