Roads, Transport and Parking

The District Council provides the following services in relation to roads, transport and parking:

• Acting as Agents to Oxfordshire County Council to oversee the construction by developers of all new estate roads.
• Providing and maintaining all street nameplates in the District.
• The naming/addressing of new and existing properties.
• Provision, management and monitoring of 14 free car parks within the district.

Management and maintenance of highways is a function of Oxfordshire County Council, Tel: 01865 815700.
