Card Handling Terms and Conditions

Our Card Handling Terms and Conditions are set out below.

A certain amount of each credit or debit card payment is paid by West Oxfordshire District Council to HSBC Card Services as a handling charge. 

The current card handling charges (w.e.f. 1st October 2009) are laid out below:

With effect from 28th April 2008, West Oxfordshire District Council has been levying an administration charge on all payments made using a credit card to cover these bank charges.  This administration charge can be avoided by paying using a UK Debit Card.
