West Oxfordshire Citizens' Panel

You are invited to join our Citizens' Panel and play a major part in the way we measure local people's views.  In particular, the Citizen's Panel is consulted on Equality and Diversity issues.

There are a range of subjects that we will ask for your views on including planning matters, the environment, rural issues, leisure provision and ways in which we may be able to make our services more accessible.

Being a member of our Citizens' Panel will not take up much of your time as questionnaires sent to you will be easy to complete.  The main method for sending you questionnaires will be either by e-mail or our website as these are the cheapest and most efficient forms of consultation.  Survey results will be collated, analysed and fed back to council officers and councillors to help them make decisions.  This is your opportunity to influence our strategies, policies and the way we do things.

Occasionally we make ask if you want to take part in small discussion groups (focus groups), but this is optional.

If you are live or work in West Oxfordshire, or use any of the Council's services, you can register to join the Panel by completing the 'Request to join the Citizens' Panel' online form.  We do hope that you will take this opportunity.
