The Strategy sets out our approach to equal opportunities issues in West Oxfordshire, and is based on the Council's Vision:

'To protect and enhance the quality of life of the citizens and communities of West Oxfordshire and supports the Council's Key Aims, particularly those of Strengthening Local Democracy (Aim 1); and Reducing Inequality and Widening Opportunity (Aim 3)'.
