I am interested in Low Cost Home Ownership, How can I apply?

Answer
All applicants will need to be registered on the Councils Waiting List or if you are a Housing Association Tenant in the District, on the Transfer List and indicate that you are interested in Low Cost Home Ownership Schemes.
