What should I do if I suspect the Public Sewer is blocked?

Answer
Telephone Thames Water. Their Customer Service number is: 08459 200 800

Thames Water will ask you some relevant questions to help them decide whether it is their public sewer that has blocked or whether it is your private sewer. If it is their public sewer they will deal with your enquiry. If it is your private sewer which isn't maintained by Thames Water please contact a local reputable Drainage Contractor to clear it for you.
