Frequently asked questions
Question
How many points do I need to be considered?
Answer
For some areas where there is a high demand for a particular type of accommodation, you may need in excess of 15 points to be considered. For example, this may apply in regard to family houses in Witney or Carterton. However, where we have a new build scheme to allocate, your application may be successful with fewer points.
In other areas, such as the smaller villages, or for particular types of property such as bungalows, you may need far fewer points but vacancies of this type or in this location may arise less frequently.
