Frequently asked questions

Question
I am Homeless/Threatened with Homelessness

Answer
You should contact Housing Services without delay for further advice at

- Housing Services, Elmfield, New Yatt Road, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 1PB
- Telephone 01993 861010
- E-Mail housing@westoxon.gov.uk

Or call into the Town Centre Shop, 3 Welch Way, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 6JH.

It may be that you have rights of occupation in your present accommodation that we can advise you about.

In some cases, if you are homeless, the Council may have a duty to provide temporary accommodation, but due to the shortages of alternatives, this may be bed and breakfast accommodation.

Please see also the Homeless page on this web site for further information.
