Question
What should I do if my Private Sewer is blocked?

Answer
If you live in private rented accommodation please contact your landlord to arrange clearance. If you live in a housing association property please contact your housing association.

If you own your own home and your property was built before 1st October 1937 Thames Water may be responsible for clearing your private sewer please contact them on 08459 200 800. If your property was bulit after 1st October 1937 please contact a local reputable drainage contractor who can unblock it on your behalf.
