Bus Pass 2008 - How do I get a national bus pass?
Answer
If you are over 60 or meet the disability criteria please visit the Town Centre Shop in Witney, the Guildhall in Chipping Norton or Carterton Town Hall to make an application. you can download a form from the concessionary travel page of this website. alternatively please call 01993 861000.
If you submit an application form you will need to attach a passport sized photo. If you attend the Town Centre Shop in Witney or the Chipping Norton Guildhall to apply we will be able to take your picture ourselves at no charge.
You will need to proove that you are eligible, this will include evidence that you live in the district i.e. a current utility bill, proof of age or disability.
