Frequently asked questions

Question
Bus Pass 2008 - I have received my new pass and have decided I no longer want it, can I change it for tokens or a railcard?

Answer
Normally you are expected to stick with a type of travel concession for at least 1 year before you can change. However in order to let customers get used to the new national bus pass WODC will allow any customers who have applied for a national pass to change back to tokens or railcards before 30th April 2008 if they have not already taken their alternative concession alternative for that year. You will need to present your pass at the Town Centre Shop in Witney.

Customers who have taken their alternative concession entitlement for the year and then opted for a bus pass will have to wait until their birthday to change back as normal.
