Creating Futures
We have a duty to keep residents informed of how council tax is spent and keep them updated about council services and how they can access them. We have consolidated a lot of this information into a regular newsletter, Creating Futures, which is delivered to all households two to three times a year.

Facts and figures about the newsletter:
- Printed on environmentally sustainable and recycled paper.
- Published 2 or 3 times a year.
- Delivered to all households by Royal Mail.
- Available from the Council's town centre shops and offices.
- Each copy is written and designed in-house.
- The total cost to the Council of publishing and delivering to each house in the district is around 18p a copy.
