Oxfordshire Youth Games

The Oxfordshire Youth Games is an annual youth sporting event involving teams from all five of the Local Authority areas in Oxfordshire, including West Oxfordshire. Following selection trials and tournaments teams are selected and compete in a one day showpiece event at Radley College, which aims to increase participation in sport across the county.

The event sees teams of young people aged 7 to 15 years, from across Oxfordshire, come together to take part in an Olympic style, multi-sports competition following months of training and development.

Date of Oxfordshire Youth Games

The Oxfordshire Youth Games 2008 takes place on Sunday 6th July.

Sports involved in Oxfordshire Youth Games

This year there will be seven sports involved: athletics, badminton, cricket, football, high 5 netball, hockey and tag rugby.
