New Shared Ownership schemes

There are a small number of new Affordable Housing Schemes in the District for sale on a New Build HomeBuy ( formerly called shared ownership or part rent/part buy) basis due for completion in 2008.

Further information on the schemes available is given in the download New Low Cost Home Ownership Schemes for sale.To be considered you need to be registered on the Waiting List or if you are a tenant of a Housing Association in the District on the transfer list.

Preference may be given to people who have a local connection with West Oxfordshire. Some schemes require an Applicant to have a local connection with the village where the scheme is located.
