To apply for a bus pass complete our Bus Pass Application Form.
Please include one colour passport size photograph of yourself attached as specified on the form. If you apply in person at the Town Centre Shop in Witney or the Chipping Norton Guildhall we can take a digital photograph for free.
NB: this application form will be electronically scanned so please follow the instructions on the form and do not resize it.
Applications must be submitted with evidence of qualification (see below) and proof that you are resident within West Oxfordshire.
Applications can be made either by post or in person at the:

A bus pass will be issued in 3-5 days.
If you have any difficulty completing the application form, please call Customer Services on 01993 861090, or complete the online General Enquiry Form.
Renewing you bus pass
We can organise a renewal of your bus pass over the phone. Please call us on 01993 861000 a week or two before your pass expires.
However, if your appearance has changed greatly and your photograph needs updating please call in to our Town Centre Shop, on Welch Way, Witney or The Guildhall in Chipping Norton so we can take a digital photograph for free or supply us with a colour passport size photograph of yourself.
A bus pass will be issued in 3-5 days.
