Ways to contact usBenefits Department The benefits department is situated in the Elmfield offices in Witney. Town Centre Shop Since 2003 the Council has had a Town Centre Shop on Welch Way in Witney. Recently the Witney Visitor Information Centre has also joined the premises. The shop is equipped with a cash office where payments can be made by card, cheque or cash for Council Tax and Business Rates. You can visit in person or call 01993 861030 with any queries.
