If you are having trouble paying your Council Tax or Rent, you may be able to apply to West Oxfordshire District Council's (WODC) Benefits section for help.
You can use our web calculator to get an idea of whether you could qualify for help with your rent or council tax and how much you may be awarded.
Please note: the figures given from the web calculator are only an estimate of the amount you may be awarded.
From April 7th, 2008 all new applications for help with payments of rent, or existing applications changing address, will be assessed for Local Housing Allowance (LHA).
You can download an application form in the downloads section to apply for LHA or Council Tax Benefit. You will need to supply evidence to support your application. You can visit our Evidence you will need to send page to find out more.
Please use the links on the left hand side for more information about Housing and Council Tax Benefits at WODC.
