Council TaxCouncil Tax is a compulsory tax applied to every domestic property in the country. The amount payable is based on the property's value and locality. West Oxfordshire District Council collects Council Tax on behalf of Oxfordshire County Council, Thames Valley Police and for Town and Parish Councils.
