The Council Tax department is situated in the Elmfield offices in Witney.

You can pay online 24 hours a day using the Online Payments facility.
An automated telephone payment service is also available 24 hours by phoning 01993 861045 with a credit/debit card and your billing number to hand (this can be found on the top right hand corner of your bill).
Cheque payments can be sent directly to the Cash Office at:

Please make sure to include your billing number on the reverse of your cheque.
Since 2003 the Council has had a Town Centre Shop on Welch Way in Witney. Recently the Witney Visitor Information Centre has also joined the premises.
The shop is equipped with a cash office where payments can be made by card, cheque or cash for Council Tax and Business Rates.
The staff at the Town Centre Shop have been trained to deal with queries regarding Council Tax. You can visit in person or call 01993 861040 with any queries.
The Shop is open:
Monday to Thursday - 9am to 5.30pm (Cash Office closes at 5pm)
Friday - 9am to 5pm (Cash Office closes at 4.30pm)

The Chipping Norton Guildhall provides access to key services.
Payments can be made at the Guildhall by cheque or Credit/Debit card. Cash Payments are not accepted.
The Guildhall is open:
Monday to Thursday - 8.45am to 1pm and 2pm to 4.30pm
Friday - 8.45am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm
