Dial-a-Ride

Dial-a-Ride is a door-to-door minibus service for unable, or finding it difficult, to use public transport, such as elderly or disabled people.

Drivers are trained to administer first aid and will help people with mobility problems. The buses have been designed to assist wheelchair users.

Dial-a-Ride is available between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. There is a charge for using the service and places need to be booked in advance. The Council's new concessionary bus pass or transport tokens can be used.

For more details, including cost, which areas are covered and what type of journey the service can be used for, see the Dial-a-Ride leaflet. The leaflet includes a registration form.

To book a place on Dial-a-Ride, or for more information, telephone 01865 876176
