When we receive your completed application we will calculate the information and issue you with a decision letter.
If you disagree with the decision which has been made there are a number of things you can do.
The stages of the processes are shown in the diagram opposite. For more information on these stages you can view the other pages in this section.
Within 1 calendar month of receiving the decision notice you can request more information about how the decision was reached.
Reconsideration
If you are still unhappy after receiving more information you can request your application is reconsidered within a month of receiving more information.
An impartial appeal tribunal can be asked to review your application. This page details what happens when an Appeal is submitted.
