Pay Online Click on the Do it online icon on the top right hand section of this screen. You will need to know your Billing Number to use this service. Pay By Phone. Using your billing number, which can be found on the top right hand corner of your bill, you can make a payment over the phone using a debit/credit card 24 hours a day by phoning 01993 861045 In Person The Town Centre Shop in Witney is equipped with a cash office where payments can be made from 9am - 5pm daily (4:30pm on a Friday). Please note: we are unable to accept post-dated cheques. At the Post Office If you have a swipe card you can pay at the Post Office. If you pay by this method your payment will take a number of days to reach your account. Payzone You can use your Swipe Card to pay at Payzone sites across the country.
