'My West Oxfordshire' - email alerts service

Residents can sign up to receive free information and updates about their property, such as nearby planning applications and waste and recycling collections, direct to their email inbox.

To receive email alerts:
Simply sign up online at My West Oxfordshire 

Just enter your postcode into the 'My West Oxfordshire' search box, register and choose what level of information to receive:

• Weekly reminders about which bins to put out for collection;
• Timely alerts letting you know if there is a change to your collection day due to a Bank Holiday; and/or
• Occasional messages with important details about changes to your service, for example due to adverse weather conditions.
• Details of any new planning applications registered within 500 metres of your home.

You can also use the search box in My West Oxfordshire to find out:

• Local services and facilities,
• Council tax bands for your property and area
• Who your ward councillor is
• Where your polling station is
• Plus details about your next waste and recycling collections and to download a waste calendar.

We are hoping to introduce further email alert options at a later date about other Council services that may affect residents.
