Whenever any changes are made to your benefit entitlement a notification letter will automatically be produced to notify you of the changes.
These letters are produced through our system and can contain a lot of information.
To help you understand the notification letters you receive we have created downloads to explain each letter type we send out.
When you receive a letter there will be a code at the bottom of the page beginning with CLM as shown in the image on the right. This code will link to one of the downloads listed below.
We have also put together a Benefit's Glossary to define most of the key terms used within the letters and on this website. The Glossary can be downloaded using the link on the right hand side of each page within the Benefits section of our website.
