Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning DocumentWest Oxfordshire District Council has adopted new planning guidance on affordable housing to supplement Policy H11 of the adopted West Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. This Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) applies to residential development on both allocated and new windfall sites. It forms part of the Local Development Framework. The SPD was formally adopted on 4th April 2007. A copy of the document can be viewed at the Council Offices or at all public libraries and mobile libraries in the District during normal opening hours. |
