New Combined Application Form

A new single application form is now available for the 3 main types of application for Building Regulations Approval. The form is suitable for Full Plans applications, Building Notice applications or Regularisation applications. It can be used for all applications made on or after 1st April 2008.

Fees Increased

In common with other businesses, we have to periodically review our charges in order to ensure that we comply with the statutory requirements imposed on us.

It has been necessary to increase our fees for all applications received on or after 1^st April 2008. Copies of the revised fees are included with the application form, available as a download from this page.
