If you have submitted a planning application a case officer would have been allocated to deal with your application. Their name and telephone number can be found on the correspondence from the Planning Services.
If the Duty Officer is unable to deal with your enquiry and you have not submitted a planning application, but would like some specific pre-application advice, please complete and submit the planning enquiry form.

Planning Administration
Contact the Administration Team on 01993 861420 if you require a planning application form, or copies of letters or reports. Alternatively you can download planning applications forms and guidance notes from the section on making a planning application.
Enforcement Team
The Enforcement Team investigate whether development has taken place without planning permission, or has not been completed in accordance with conditions attached to a planning permission. Should you have concerns about development please complete and submit the planning enforcement enquiry form and the matter will be investigated.

Development Team
As part of our commitment to providing the best possible service for applicants we implement the development team approach in appropriate cases. The composition of the team varies depending upon the type of proposal and its location. The core of any team will be the relevant West Oxfordshire staff, including Building Control, but appropriate staff from other agencies may be invited to participate when considered necessary. The initial contacts are the Area Planning Managers who will discuss your requirement with you.
