Weekly list of Planning ApplicationsThe weekly files in the downloads section of this page contain details of the planning applications which have been recently registered by West Oxfordshire District Council. You may also use our Planning Explorer to locate the application of interest to you. If you would like to comment on any of the applications please do so in writing no later than the reply date specified. Letters should be addressed to the Head of Planning Services, West Oxfordshire District Council, Elmfield, New Yatt Road, Witney OX28 1PB. Alternatively, you may email your comments or directly to the Planning Officer shown on the weekly list or as shown on the Planning Explorer. Remember to quote the planning application number and location on all correspondence. Comments received after the reply date specified may fail to be considered by the Council in determining the application. In reaching a decision the Council will only take into account comments relating to planning matters. The section on Commenting on planning applications - points you should consider, may help you prepare your representation. A summary leaflet on this topic is also available from planning reception. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments that you may make are available for inspection by the public who may also request copies of the letter. Plans may be inspected at the Council offices at Elmfield, but copies of all planning applications are also sent to the relevant Parish or Town Council and may be viewed locally. |
