Weekly list of Planning ApplicationsThe downloads section of this page contains information about planning applications which have been recently registered by West Oxfordshire District Council. You may also use our Planning Explorer to find this information or locate the specific application of interest to you. If you would like to comment on any of the applications please do so in writing no later than the reply date specified. Letters should be addressed to the Head of Planning and Sustainable Communities, West Oxfordshire District Council, Elmfield, New Yatt Road, Witney OX28 1PB. Alternatively, you may email your comments directly to the Planning Officer shown. Remember to quote the planning application number and location on all correspondence. Comments received after the reply date specified may fail to be considered by the Council in determining the application. If you do make a response to us regarding an application and that application goes before an Area Planning Sub-Committee, you may have the the opportunity to speak at that meeting. Further information is available on our Public Speaking at Area Planning Sub-Committees webpage. In reaching a decision the Council will only take into account comments relating to planning matters. The section on Commenting on planning applications - points you should consider, may help you prepare your representation. A summary leaflet on this topic is also available from planning reception. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments that you may make are available for inspection by the public who may also request copies of the letter. Plans may be viewed online or inspected at the Council offices at Elmfield, but copies of all planning applications are also sent to the relevant Parish or Town Council and may be viewed locally by appointment. |
