Business waste

We are an authorised waste carrier with competitive prices. We offer:

• general recycling, for example paper, cardboard, tins, cans, glass, plastic bottles or containers
• food waste recycling
• waste removal
• waste and recycling collections for events in West Oxfordshire including bin delivery, information and signage.

Report a missed collection

If your business waste has not been collected you can report it as missed after 4pm on collection day. You need to let us know within two days of the missed collection.

What we can and cannot collect

We are unable to accept rubble, hot ashes, electrical items, tyres and hazardous waste in commercial waste bins.

Food waste

We will collect:

• all food, cooked and raw
• cooking oil, fat and lard
• meat and fish bones
• tea bags and coffee grounds
• pet food

 We will not collect:

• non-food items
• glass

Recycling

We will collect:

• Aerosols
• Aluminium foil
• Cartons and Tetra Paks
• Glass bottles and jars 
• Paper, card and cardboard
• Plastic bottles, food trays and pots including:
• HDPE, PET, PVC and PP eg drinks bottles, bleach bottles, yoghurt pots
• Tins and cans

We will not collect

• blue roll and kitchen towel
• cling film and plastic film
• bubble wrap
• crisp packets and sweet wrappers
• food waste
• hard plastic eg plastic pipes and garden pots
• tissues and tissue paper
• wires
• wood

Put your recycling in your recycling bin loose or in clear sacks, not in black bags.

We will not empty your recycling bin if it contains non-recyclable materials. It will be your responsibility to remove them or contact us to empty the bin as waste. You will be invoiced for the additional charge.

If your recycling bins continue to be contaminated we will contact you to cancel the service and offer to exchange your bin for a waste collection instead.

Collection charges

The collection prices are fully inclusive. We provide all the legal documentation and you can pay by invoice direct debit.  To buy sacks and stickers call us on 01993 861000.

Standard Industrial Classification (SIC code)

It is a legal requirement that you include your businesses Standard Industrial Classification 2007 or SIC code on your controlled waste transfer note.
