I don’t have space to store or present a bin, what are my options?
We sell sacks for both recycling and refuse. Recycling sacks come in rolls of 10 and refuse sacks come in rolls of 25. Stickers for both waste streams are available in sheets of 6. These can be purchased via telephone (01993 861000) and we will deliver your order to you.

Check your bin dayWhat time must business waste be presented?
Your bins must be presented kerbside by 6am on the morning of collection, unless otherwise arranged with us. All waste should be stored in the provided bins or pre-paid sacks.
How do I report a missed collection?
We are successful on over 99% of our collections, but sometimes, we are either unable to collect your waste due to an obstruction or very occasionally our teams make a mistake. If your business waste has not been collected you can report it as missed after 4pm on collection day and we will collect it within two working days. Please let us know as soon as you can if we have missed your scheduled collection so we can schedule the crews.
