Street trading
Streets fall into the following designations for street trading:
- 'Consent' - street trading may take place but a license is required
- 'Prohibited' - all street trading is prohibited
- 'Not designated' - street trading may take place - no specific license is required but all other regulations (eg food hygiene) must be complied with

Apply for a street trading licence
You can apply for a Street Trading License to trade on a "Consented" street by:
- downloading and filling in the Street trading application form
Street trading fees
Street trading fees are payable only when a licence has been granted

Farmers' markets
Farmers' markets run from 8.30am to 1.30pm:
- Charlbury - quarterly, second Saturday in the month (March, June, September, December)
- Chipping Norton - third Saturday of every month
- Witney - fourth Friday of every month
- Woodstock - first Saturday of every month
Farmers' markets in West Oxfordshire are run by the Thames Valley Farmers' Market Co-operative.
