Parking - Resident's Certificate of Exemption

You will be entitled to a Residents Certificate of Exemption if you live in West End Witney. The Exemption will allow you to park without time restraint, in the limited waiting bays within this street.
- Certificates are valid for one year
- It is the resident's responsibility to make sure that a valid permit is on display
- No reminders will be sent
- There is no charge.
Please print off the application form below and send it to the address on the application form along with the registration document/proof of West End residency (this will be returned once the Exemption has been processed).
