West Oxfordshire CIL Charging Schedule Examination

We formally adopted our Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule on 1 October 2025, with an effective charging date of 31 January 2026.

The West Oxfordshire District Draft Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule (CIL) was submitted for examination on 4 March 2025.

Mr. Holland BA (Hons) DipTP MRTPI ARCIS from Intelligent Plans and Examination (IPE) was appointed to carry out the examination. His report was received on 18 July 2025. The delivery of the Examiner’s Final Report marked the formal closure of the Examination.
