Stonesfield Neighbourhood Plan

We invite you to review and comment on Stonesfield Neighbourhood Plan’s addendum to their Basic Conditions Statement, which can be found below under the title 'Stonesfield Neighbourhood Plan Basic Conditions Addendum document'. This is in response to amendments which revise the basic conditions for a Neighbourhood Plan, as detailed below.

The Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023 (Commencement No. 11 and Saving and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2026

The above Regulations came into force on 25 March 2026. Amongst other things, they implement section 98 (contents of a neighbourhood development plan) and section 99 (neighbourhood development plans and orders: basic conditions) of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023.

The deadline for comments regarding Stonesfield Neighbourhood Plan’s addendum to their Basic Conditions Statement is Tuesday 12 May 2026 at 5pm.

Your comment will appear, with any other comments that we receive, on the Stonesfield Neighbourhood Plan page of the West Oxfordshire District Council website and will also be sent to the Stonesfield Neighbourhood Plan Examiner. Any personal information, such as your name, will be redacted.
