Made neighbourhood plans

Once a plan has been approved with a referendum and then approved by us it is made and becomes part of the Local Plan.

The following areas have made neighbourhood plans and they must be taken into account when planning developments in the area.

Chipping Norton

The referendum for the Chipping Norton neighbourhood plan was held on 3 March 2016, and passed with 92% voting in favour of the plan.  

Eynsham

The referendum for the Eynsham neighbourhood plan was held on 30 January 2020, and passed with 95% voting in favour of the plan.  

Hailey

The referendum for the Hailey neighbourhood plan was held on 29 August 2019, and passed with 92% voting in favour of the plan.  

Shilton

The referendum for the Shilton neighbourhood plan was held on 29 August 2018, and passed with 89% voting in favour of the plan.  

South Leigh

The referendum for the South Leigh neighbourhood plan was held on 20 December 2018, and passed with 93% voting in favour of the plan.
